If CAD file is provide by our customer, for any parts with dimension smaller than 20in by 20in by 20in, our engineers can create a pattern in 2 days and accelerate the speed to provide first article, compared to traditional pattern making process.

If CAD file is not available, we can reverse engineer from blue print, which takes slightly more time.
